The Italian Qwan Ki Do Union, to which the Long Bai Vi club of Pistoia belongs, participated in this wonderful project called Difesa Legittima SIcura (Safe Legitimate Defense), an event that addresses the issue of safety from the perspective of the legal and psychological protection of victims of gender-based violence. The website www.difesalegittimasicura.it represents a turning point for all victims who have not yet found the courage to report their situation: reporting to the authorities, requesting psychological support, and strengthening self-confidence through physical and mental training.
